Categories will be determined on vendor's product description. Beacons Furry FUNdation Society reserves the final decision on category assignment.

Supporting Material
Your application must include the following items for acceptance and promotions. Beacons Furry FUNdation Society is not responsible for damage to, or loss of, supporting materials.
• Vendor Application Form
• Photos of product for promotional purposes
• Biography - Tell us about yourself in a couple paragraphs.
• Product Description - Give us a generic outline of your product line.
Rates to Exhibit
10’x10’ Space - $35/day $60/weekend $150/all 6 days
20’x10’ Space - $60/day $100/weekend $240/all 6 days
GST Additional. First right to space is given to 6 day bookings.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately to hold vendor space.
If the balance is not received by the payment deadline, Vendor waives all rights to the space contracted and Beacons Furry FUNdation Society will not guarantee space at Beacon & Friends Autumn Harvest & Community Market. Full payment is required to hold the space chosen. Beacons Furry FUNdation Society reserves discretion to grant or refuse any requests from individuals or companies wishing to join our market.
WIFI
Unfortunately wireless internet is not available on market grounds. If you rely on an internet connection for your sales, you’re best bet is to purchase a mobile internet stick or use your personal hotspot on your smartphone or tablet.
Market Hours
Vendors spaces must be attended during all market hours by at least one individual of the exhibiting vendor. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to keep its area clean and orderly throughout the market and to ensure it is ready for opening at the time the show opens each day. No vehicles are allowed on the field.
Licences & Permits
It is the vendor’s responsibility to obtain all necessary licenses and permits to operate a business and sell goods and services in West Kelowna and must meet the requirements of the City of West Kelowna and Canada Revenue Agency.
Beacons Furry FUNdation Society and the City of West Kelowna resume no responsibility for any vendor operating without proper licenses and/or permits.
We reserve the right to close down any booth which does not meet these requirements.
