Event Application & Acceptance: Due to the high number of applications only successful applicants will be notified. We encourage interested vendors to apply early! Please ensure you are available for the market(s) you have selected before submitting applications. Successful vendors will be notified with a copy of the vendor contract and an invoice once confirmed. If your booking payment is not received when due, your spot will be immediately released and given to the next applicant on the waiting list.

Refunds: Because your fee goes directly towards hosting the event, cancellations more than 46-days before the market date will receive a refund of 50%. We are not able to offer refunds for cancellations less than 45-days before the market.
