REGISTER FOR HELP!
Before you begin, please ensure you have photo's or scanned pdf copies of:
1. Your photo ID for applicant and spouse (if applicable)
2. Copies of last two pay stubs showing year to date (if employed) AND/OR: Proof of all sources of income for applicant (and spouse if applicable),
3. Two months of bank statements for applicant (and spouse if applicable),
4. Proof of residence in West Kelowna, Westbank First Nation or Peachland (utility bill, rent receipt, cable bill, etc.). You will need to upload these later in the application.
