This Fun-Raiser Agreement is entered between Beacons Furry FUNdation Society and _____________________________________ School/Organization.

The Fun-Raiser will run for two weeks from Date to Date, Year. The start date must be agreed upon by both parties. The start date will fall on a WEDNESDAY and end at 11:59 pm PST on a WEDNESDAY.

The term of the Agreement will run from the Agreement signature date until the school/organization funraiser has been completed and delivered.

The school/organization will publicize the fun-raiser to students and parents using marketing items provided by Beacons Furry FUNdation Society (FLYER) and through additional means they find suitable.

All orders and payments will be placed online at bfftoylodge.com

Please note: All animals and accessories are subject to availability. If a choice is not available, you will be notified and an alternative must be chosen or if so desired, the item can be eliminated.

Payment for orders will be made by each individual placing the order. The individual will receive a receipt for each order placed. They may use a major credit card, debit/credit card or etransfer for purchase.

Name of School/Organization will receive 20% of the total sales made by the School/Organization on behalf of Beacons Furry FUNdation Society through the online sales. The payment to Name of School/Organization will be sent or delivered after the FUN-RAISER and payable to the school/organization.

Pricing for the merchandise is determined by Build a Furry Friend Toy Lodge and cannot be altered/changed by any school/organization. The price paid by the individuals placing the order is the amount of percentage that the school will earn minus taxes and shipping.

There will be no refunds or return of products. If a product is defective, an online form will need to be completed and a new item will be sent in its place. The proper channels need to be followed for defective items.

Students are not permitted to sell items door-to-door.

Either party may cancel this Agreement with a 45-day written notice to the other party.

The laws of the Province of British Columbia govern this Agreement. Venue for this Agreement will be held in the province of West Kelowna, British Columbia.

By electronically signing and submitting this Agreement, school/organization name agrees to the terms and conditions as stated above. A pdf version of this Agreement will be emailed to your contact person within 48 hours upon submitting to Beacons Furry FUNdation Society.
